1. Promoter

The promoter is Weddings by Butterscotch ("Promoter"), operating in Australia.

2. Giveaway Prize

One winner will be selected to receive our Intimate Collection wedding videography package, normally valued at $2800 AUD. The Intimate Collection includes: 4 hours of coverage, 3 minute highlight film and full ceremony video. Travel outside 100km of Brisbane CBD is not included. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

3. How to Enter

1. Follow official Instagram page: @weddingsbybutterscotch

2. Share the Instagram post with a friend.

3. Enter by completing the official giveaway form.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Additional comments will not count as extra entries unless stated otherwise. Only entries received through this form will be considered. No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Giveaway Period and Winner Notification

Entries open on Sunday 1 June 2025 at 3pm AEST and close on Tuesday 10 June 2025 at 3pm AEST. The winner will be announced on 10 June 2025 at 6pm via IG stories and contacted by email. All other entrants will be offered $250 off any of our videography packages if booked by end of June 2025 subject to availability. If we are unable to contact the winner within 5 days, we reserve the right to select another winner.

5. Eligibility

Open to Australian residents aged 18 or older. Wedding must take place in 2025 or 2026 within Australia. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of South East Queensland. A confirmed wedding date and venue must be provided. A change of date or venue may result in forfeiting the prize. Only couples who have not yet booked with Weddings by Butterscotch are eligible. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.

6. Privacy & Data Collection

By submitting the entry form, you consent to the Promoter collecting and storing your personal information for the purpose of: Administering and managing the giveaway, verifying eligibility and selecting a winner, contacting you if you win, sending occasional marketing updates (you can unsubscribe at any time). Information collected includes your name, email, Instagram handle, and wedding details. Your data will be managed in accordance with the “Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)”. 7. Platform Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Meta. By participating, you release Instagram of all liability.

8. General

By entering, you agree that if selected as the winner, you grant us permission to feature your wedding in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials. Prize and offers related to this giveaway cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise.
